Katerina Moschou was born in 1990 in Heraklion Crete, where she started her musical studies in the music high school.

In 2008 she continued her musical studies in the Musicology Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens where she graduated from with the title of  the Integrated Master in Musicology. At the same time she was studying contemporary singing and classical violin at Philippos Nakas Conservatory.

She has attended workshops with worldwide known musicians such as Gretchen Parlato, Barry Harris, Gerald Cannon, Ralph Peterson and others, and she has worked with many famous musicians of the Greek jazz scene.
